That would be way too overly complicated. Time travel is headache inducing enough but crossover two franchises that feature time travel and it would be a mess.

I get the time travel common theme, but one is too heavy for the other...

Marty didn't seem to me to be a genuine Heavy Metal fan. He was very familiar with old Rock and Roll to the point of being able to do an enthusiastic but traditional rendition of Johnny B Good. He didnt even dress like a metalhead. Bill and Ted probably would have got along better with Doc Brown than Marty. Marty would have evoked a high school peer clash, but Doc Brown, like George Carlin, would just be the older dude they could play Battleship with.
