Is it possible that Thanos may have the highest Kill count
The snap wiped out half of the life in the known universe. There is about 100 billion galaxies in our universe that we can observe and it's even speculated that there could be even 200 billion. there's also roughly 100 Billion planets (possibly even more) in the Milky Way which could be even doubled in other galaxies.
The number of people/other forms of life that turned to Ash could very well reached Sextillion.
And that's not even including the multiverse theory.

Yes, but (like in the NBA), Starlord, Doctor Strange, and Scarlet Witch should get an assist for helping Thanos wipe out more than half of the life in the known universe.

Isn't there a theory that Avengers 4 could use the multiverse by way of the quantum realm? So if it affected the multiverse that wouldn't be possible.

According to the leak they supposedly used the quantum realm to travel back before the invasion in Avengers 1 And other movies. But at the same time, there are images of Spider-man being at the invasion in Avengers 1. He wasn't Spider-man until years later. Unless they pluck him out of time then go further back, I'd say that was them moving the invasion in Avengers 1 back in another universe.

So I've been thinking about the snap scene at the end...
When Thanos does the snap, there's a quick shot of his face where he looked distressed and horrified. I've always wondered why until now: He felt the souls across the universe dying. The Soul Stone gives him connection to all of life and he is forced to feel their lives ending.

Thanos has the highest kill count of any villain in a CBM. Period.
