STAR WARS - Darth Vader (A no brainer).
STAR TREK - Khan
JAMES BOND - Max Zorin
MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - Only saw the first one and lost interest after that.
BATMAN - Joker (Jack, not Heath).
SUPERMAN - Lex Luthor (the Gene Hackmann version, not those other two wannabes).
SPIDER-MAN - I've only seen a couple of these, so I'll go with Vulture.
X-MEN - Believe it or not, never have seen a one of these.
ROCKY - Clubber Lang, and I pity the fool who says anyone else!
RAMBO - The Sheriff (Brian Dennehy)
SCREAM - They were all interchangeable.
ALIENS (Please Answer with Human Villain) - Carter Burke, as predictable as that was.
PREDATORS - Didn't see anything beyond 2, and to my recollection there weren't really any human villains in either.
INDIANA JONES - Belloq
PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN - Barbosa, even though he redeemed himself in the sequels.
