Any fans of the movie "Trading Places" starring Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy? How has it held up after 35 years?
While not a great film, but it's a fun showcase for the talents of Dan Aykroyd and especially Eddie Murphy. It has its share of memorable jokes and moments. And yes, people remember it for Jamie Lee Curtis's breasts as well.

What makes it fall short of a great movie in your opinion?

btw, I've read the explanation of the trading floor shenanigans at the end countless times and still have difficulty keeping it straight.

It's the best comedy of all time.

Best comedy of the 80s, and maybe of all-time. I never get tired of this movie and usually re-watch it once every year or two. Everything about it works.

Hilarious comedy. Possibly the best comedic performance from Eddie Murphy.

One of Murphy's best; liked it way more than Beverly Hills Cop.

9/10, or very close to an 9,5/10 For me it is almost right up there with Planes, Trains and Automobiles as surely one of the best and funniest comedies to be made in the 1980s. Always watch this along with Groundhog Day, Coming to America, and Planes, Trains and Automobiles during november/december and sometimes january, great winter movies to watch inside when its freezing hell outside and I am in need of a movie to warm me up and Jamie Lee Curtis never lets me down.
