1. A radicchio marmalade
2. A Prickly pear (cactus) marmalade
Both were new to me and both are yummy.

The radicchio marmalade I used on a turkey, Swiss cheese and lettuce spring mix sandwich. It was sort of like sweetened red cabbage.
The prickly pear I placed on my waffles.
