Had this on FG and the lists board, why not here too. What are some movie series that have at least three or more movies (of any genre) where your ranking for them is also the same as the order of their release? With the first being the best, second being the second best, third being the third best, etc.? Some such series where my ranking for them also goes in their release order:
Jurassic Park RoboCop (original trilogy) The Mummy (1999 version) Iron Man (not counting either Avengers film) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (original live-action trilogy)
Child's Play used to be one for me until Curse Of Chucky, which I'd rate above both Bride/Seed Of Chucky. The recent Cult Of Chucky I'd rate above Seed but below Bride. Some might disagree with Jurassic Park, but barring the end battle sequence I really didn't like or enjoy Jurassic World much at all and honestly found it pretty boring and stupid as a whole with the strong exception of that one good sequence. I'm hoping the upcoming Fallen Kingdom is better.

IKWYDLS would be one for me as well. Though for me only the original is good. I Still Know is meh but I'll Always Know has to be one of the legit worst movies ever.

BTTF may also be another for me when I eventually see them again, haven't seen them in so many years. I remember BTTF2 was my favorite as a kid but that could well change next time I go through the series.

The Avengers might actually be one for me as well, I'm undecided whether I preferred Age Of Ultron or Infinity War. I think the original is still the best, but both sequels were excellent in their own way. I enjoyed the team dynamic of AOU more but also love the far grander scope of IW and how it has so many of the key Marvel heroes together. Great a villain as Thanos was, I actually preferred Ultron to him although I'm sure in the minority there.

After seeing Fallen Kingdom, I'd say Jurassic Park/World is no longer a series I'd rank in order of release. I'd rank Fallen Kingdom in third place, above the third and fourth, but well below the first two. Fallen Kingdom wasn't too bad really, but there's the feeling the series should call it a day, although the way it ended has me intrigued as to what they'll do in the next film.

I could see Lethal Weapon being another for me after I eventually get around to seeing 3 and 4 again. I remember liking 4 better than 3 but it's been so long. I think the original is the best by a landslide.

After seeing Fallen Kingdom again earlier it definitely cements Jurassic no longer being a series I'd rank in their descending release order, as I'd easily rate it above the third and fourth. Though the original three definitely rate as such for me.
