Flash routinely breaks the speed limit. Most superheroes carry unregistered weapons on them. Batman committed hate crimes in BVS.Tony has regularly operated heavy machinery whilst intoxicated. War Machine stole himself technically. Bruce Banner has repeatedly broken public decency laws. Wanda had an ongoing sexual relationship with a 3 year old. Aquaman and well most other heroes seem to enter countries illegally without the proper paperwork.Dr Strange I think broke traffic laws by using his phone whilst driving. Pretty sure Cap never gotten his license renewed properly, given he's 80 or so surely he should have. In BvS? I'm pretty sure he hates everyone he beats up/kills in every movie.
Aquaman dumps garbage in the ocean.

Not sure about the MCU superheroes but The Crow, Faust and Spawn killed a lot of people in their movies and The Crow killed villains in creative and amusing ways and one of my favourite scenes from a superhero movie is in 'The Crow: Salvation' when he gets into a car with a criminal and takes the gun off him and puts it in his mouth and blows his head off and the guy screams while it is growing back and he then drives the car at full speed into a wall and it blows up with the guy in it.

Captain America jaywalked chasing the German Spy in First Avenger. Just to clarify...jaywalking isn't a thing in England

Superman willfully and maliciously destroyed Government property in MoS. Amanda Waller killed innocent colleagues to cover her disgusting trail of unsanctioned black ops. She still remains at large! Wasn’t it technically illegal for the government to be spying on him in the first place? No, he’s not a US citizen. And even so, the response was disproportionate to the slight.

Hela should be charged with sexual assault. For crushing Thor's hammer. Only if she crushed it by rubbing the crotch side of her pants on it.
Should I mention that she could sexually harass me whenever, wherever?

Captain America jaywalked chasing the German Spy in First Avenger. Just to clarify...jaywalking isn't a thing in England It is in New York where he was chasing him though. Plus he broke that plate glass window when he fell into it. And he vandalized that cab by ripping off the door as a shield. Just fyi but The term was mentioned in a 1915 New York Times article where they stated they found the term “jay walking” “highly shocking” and “truly opprobrious” (shameful). This was in reference to the way it was used at the time, akin to a racial slur, but in this case more of a pejorative “class” term. Originally pedestrians, horses, buggies and cars had equal rights to the road. As the roads started to be used by more and more cars the attitude and laws changed to give drivers more rights. The term jaywalking was used against pedestrians.

How was it disproportionate? He should’ve let the government find out his secret identity? Also, regarding whether or not he qualifies as a U.S. citizen...

Superman, Aquaman, Thor and Wonder Woman are all illegal aliens in the countries that they've stayed in. Though it could be said that Thor, being the protector of the 9 realms, has the right to go anywhere on Earth as it is part of his jurisdiction.

He could have disabled it instead of turning it into a twelve million dollar paper weight.

Aquaman was BORN IN THE USA thus granting him immediate citizenship. And both Superman and Wonder Woman have lived in the U.S. more than long enough to have citizenship granted. Them's the laws.
None of which apply to Thor. Sorry. But please, try again.

Spider-man sat on the train on Homecoming without paying for a ticket. He also bounced an innocents man's head hard off a car causing an alarm which created a disturbance for the elderly. He also stole Flash's car. And they said Vulture was the villain in that movie. Vulture wasn't really a villain. He was just a guy who was trying to provide for his family, but got fucked over by Tony Stark's Damage Control team. They even pointed their guns at him and threatened to shoot him, even though he was unarmed. And in the end, he could've given up Spider-Man's identity to the other prisoners in jail but he didn't.

Superman, Aquaman, Thor and Wonder Woman are all illegal aliens in the countries that they've stayed in. As stated above, Superman is a US citizen. Diana is Princess of Themyscira so she has diplomatic immunity. Arthur Curry, if they go by the origin story that his father is human and his mother is Atlantean and he was born on land and not born in Atlantis, then that means he was born in the US so technically he is a US citizen.

Well maybe not anymore but surely Diana broke the law at some point, she has no papers as she has no birth certificate so she must have procured false documents at some point right?
Superman cant be blamed he was but a boy, but Ma & Pa Kent? Oooh them fuckers did some flasifications on documentations about their adoptation of the young kryptonian me thinks.
Surely breaking police or military handcuffs is a no no though right, bad superman BAD!!!
Also isn't pretty much everything T'Challa does outside of Wakanda against the law, he cant be arrested in most places I would imagine due to diplomatic immunity, but still he breaks the law and commits crime.
Was Tony also drinking and driving in Homecoming at some point, surely Peter was as isn't spiking the punch at a school dance an American cliché? Peter must have had a little and then drove a stolen car, that boy must be PUNISHED!!!
Punisher's a psycho so there is that also.

Wonder Woman entered the UK illegally As Princess of Themyscira, Diana has diplomatic immunity. Not if you are not recognised as being an ambassador Don't think it counts if the world doesn't know your country exist at all.
Though she should have divine immunity being part god no?

All fairish points, but he also killed someone, wasn't muder but he did commit manslaughter.

Wonder Woman entered the UK illegally As Princess of Themyscira, Diana has diplomatic immunity. Diplomatic immunity wasn't codifiied until the 1960s. Before that it was based on bi-lateral agreements between the nations concerned. Seeing that no one knew it existed I doubt Themyscira had such an agreement with Great Britain Also being a "royal" does not automatically give you diplomatic immunity. Nice try. Diana is a criminal
