The tone of a FF movie is key. It's kind of a hokey "Ah shucks, ma'am" type of feel to them. Or a early 90's tv sitcom type of feel. They made Cap a big boy scout, but still told a series of compelling stories. I don't know if they can get that balance again, but hell let him have a shot at it. The bar is set pretty low filmwise with that property.

Back in the day I had a thing for Angie Everhart. I forced myself to watch all the shitty movies she was in. I had no illusions. She looked good, but her acting and her characters were meh I watched those movies purely because I had a thing for her. I think he is allowing his infatuation to override his logic a bit.
