Lyrica are not good really. It's kind of a lame song imo. Lame / silly and hippy dippy song.

I definitely agree that the lyrics can be lame, but it's still too catchy not to like. I think anybody who says they don't like this song at least a little is lying.

Lyrica are not good really. It's kind of a lame song imo. Lame / silly and hippy dippy song. the song was okay until the progressive commercial [them again and their asinine commercials ruining everything!] made the song unbearable. the one with the choir ... and that Jamie guy constantly stopping and starting the choir...the girl closest to him makes the oooh's too animated and i want to slap her. often times i find that a tv commercial or movie stint ruins a song [example of song killed by a movie: journey's don't stop believing in MONSTER [the Charlize Theron movie about Aileen Wournos].

It’s a catchy light pop song. It’s not meant to be Bob Dylan or Leonard Cohen.

It's hardly among the most inane lyrics wise. the lyrics like many songs just don't make logical sense. especially back then when it was apparently okay to mumble the words so that you don't know what she is saying. baby do you know what that's worth? heaven is a place on earth they say in heaven loves comes first heaven is a place on earth heaven is a place on earth and now it is popular because of the progressive commercial. god Jamie should be shot.

Little pop song with lots of hooks. I liked Mad About You more (and I would have liked it a lot more if the Go-Go's had done it). And I've heard sillier lyrics. Listen to a few Led Zeppelin songs.
Agree with deembastille about Progressive Jamie, especially his radio ads. It's like Progressive said "Oh, so you think Flo is irritating? Well, try this guy on for size!"

Belinda Carlisle looked stunning in that video. Not a bad song at all.

[why are we talking about this song now???]
because of the progressive commercial?
who has bastardized the song???
just like MONSTER [Charlize theron] did to DON'T STOP BELIEVING?
