'Requiem for a Dream' has forever implanted itself in my memory. So my vote goes to that.

Pi, because it is just so out there and highly engaging. An endlessly rewatchable film.
THE WRESTLER is a close second, an amazing film that I did not expect to enjoy as much as I did.
For me, BLACK SWAN is highly overrated, though I appreciate Natalie Portman's dedication to the role. IMHO, most people remember it for the girl-on-girl action between Portman and Kunis. Take those scenes out and it wouldn't be as highly rated.
