I think that it was a Total and Complete Crime that Val Kilmer Wasn't Even Nominated for an Academy Award for His Performance in the Movie "TOMBSTONE".

He makes the movie. It's much better than Wyatt Earp and while Dennis Quaid is easily the best part of that film, Kilmer is even better in Tombstone.
It's an Oscar worthy performance.

He was alright but I think the movie loses it when he gets all weepy at the end in the bed. I was getting a 90210/Melrose Place vibe from that.
