To be transparent and open about my bias: I am a big fan of Adam Sandlers work. So it was not hard to predict that I would like this. But I really enjoyed it. More than Incredibles 2. Its a different genre/way of storytelling, sure, but to me this was more adult-friendly than Incrediblees 2 that made me feel it was really mostly for kids and not much an adult would find that entertaining. But Hotel Transylvania had me laughing out loud a few times and thoroughly enjoying the movie. It has a slight liberal agenda, that may not be up to everyones tastes, but I didn't find it obnoxious. If you liked the previous ones you have nothing to worry about with this one. www.rottentomatoes.com/m/hotel_transylvania_3_summer_vacationIts fun, its light, its joyful, well acted and relatable….. and it has a great dance number. so whats not to like? Solid 6.5/10 from me.

It doesn’t help the movie it actually makes it worse.

It doesn’t help the movie it actually makes it worse. it get what you are saying, but its not as bad as you might think. for kids it will be completely non existent and for most adults it will be subtle enough not to be bothered by it. but I too wish they did not put one or two lines about how we are all equal and it doesn't matter what color or shape you are etc. I mean they didn't have to SAY those lines for the movie to communicate the sentiment, this was it felt too didactic. it would be silly to rob yourself of otherwise a fun movie though, go see it, if you hate the liberal agenda so much just put hands over your ears the last 1 minute or so, otherwise its not really there or not too much anyway.

I enjoyed it. Not as good as the first two but it was still pretty fun.

The first two films are quite enjoyable, with the first being my preferred favourite. I'll check this one out soon, but it's just there's so many other new movies out that I haven't caught up on. Hard to keep up.
