I would say the 90s 'cause I loved a lot of the Singer/Songwriter female artists and Alternative Rock female fronted bands in that decade but I love the 70s and 80s too.

60s and 70s, even though I also think the 80s also is on the same level (it's just that you put 60s and 70s together). Tbh I think almost every decade is pretty close together in terms of music quality. I don't agree that music nowadays is terrible. It's very good as long as you actually look for good music and don't think the mainstream music charts are all there is, because then I'd agree that music is pretty bad nowadays. However I still prefer music from 60s, 70s and 80s (I still have to listen to quite some 90s music so I can't say a lot about that time period). I mean the fact that The Beatles lived in the 60s would already be enough for me to call it the best decade, but besides them the 60s and 70s also had David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Velvet Underground, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Joy Division, Kate Bush, I could go on and on. Had the 60s and 70s been split into two different options then it would've been almost impossible for me to answer the question and it would basically be a tie between 60s, 70s and 80s.
