Approximately 1 in 4 Americans also believe the earth is the center of the solar system. I'm not sure how many of them think the earth is only a few thousand years old, but even if it's only 1, that's 1 too many.
Then there are those who think the Patriots are cheaters and frauds. Those are the real kooks!

Yes, "Flat Earthism" is unbelievable stupid. In the end, Shaq and Kyrie could believe that the Earth is shaped like a French Horn and it doesn't hurt anyone, least of all me

Agreed. No skin off my back but still somewhere the education system failed them.
And why would Shaq do this? Most everything you hear about him is positive.

It is Education, Religion or just that some fools will follow any conspiracy theory? The Flat Earth has a lot of "gub'ment coverup" crap in it.

It hasn't failed him, - he went through the typical college US system where sportsman just have to turn up to some lessons to get to play sport. I doubt many believe that they learn much.. Its all just an open secret I suppose. Due to having a domestic market sporting system in place with little competition for the players in other nations. Its all a bit of a waste of time and if the US was more in line with the rest of the world in regards to football/soccer - they couldnt get away with players wasting time sitting in classes learning nothing - they would have to be training instead . or you could not play pro football. Most people that want to play sport - are not necessarily stupid - They are just passionate about sport - and many of these people will learn late , and educate themselves. A bigger issue is the states in the US that teach factually unproven history based on the bible to people that do not have a life mapped out for them afterwards,

Do you want the US to adopt that proud tradition of wide spread child rape your soccer teams are infamous for? It's disgusting enough countless well respected soccer personnel raped thousands of children but the nationwide cover-up for child rapists is even worse. Why does the "royal" family protect pedophiles so diligently?
Also are you really boasting that your island's athletes are all uneducated idiots? Brexit makes a lot more sense now. I blamed the rampant inbreeding but perhaps it's a combination of things.

I am a big fan of Americans. I don't have any issue bar some of the southern states that teach incorrect history

You are the one that's sounds insecure lad. I am not boosting about a lack of education in soccer. It's nothing to do with England. It's the worlds ga,e and the worlds way of training the,. They go to pro clubs early, not college systems.
What's better, well, that doesn't matter. It's just factual information given to you. I am also stating that sportsmen are so. Into their sports they are not into education, but that may come at a later time on their own backs. As I pointed out.
If you bring education into it. My concern isn't about basketball players getting scholarships. It's about some southern states in the US that I touched upon.
Peace out bruv, this isn't a war. Both our nations have issues. We have education issues as well. It's very hard to get people to learn . Especially in the world we live in, with many under a class umbrella that they see no reason to get out of. That is the UKs main issue imo. Attitudes and class injustices. The us's are different . But also similar in some cases.
I don't boast . I have nothing to boast about.
