Apart from the pedo-themed "Catch a predator" parties there is allegedly more disturbing material that will come up. and this is why it is smart business decision to axe guys like this (apart from the moral implication of obsessed child rape fantasies played as jokes and stories); you never know it's just the tip of the iceberg and what is still coming. Yep. Dave Bautista's statements may be annoying now, but it'll be an even bigger headache for Disney if they re-hire Gunn and more embarrassing photos or quotes by Gunn are uncovered. If it was up to me I'd demand that everyone who has done something problematic is to be fired or gets to keep their job.
Granted if we did it my way 98% of Hollywood would be fired and there wouldn't be any marvel or DC films that starred actors like RDJ, Ben Affleck and even Gal Gadot.
