How to debunk "This movie/tv show wouldn't be made today due to political correctness" ?????

I see this stupid kind of statement made all the damn time on old movies like Blazing Saddles and old TV shows like All In The Family. The kind of mass media where the comedy involves racism as the subject and typically takes the piss out of it. And then they point to a movie like Demolition Man as the ultimate anti-PC movie like a misaimed fandom. I know there are huge flaws to this statement but I'm not articulate enough to put them into the kind of words I want in an argument.
