Avengers: Infinity War (2018) - 8/10 Love this stuff. How we view the ending is going to depend entirely on Avengers 4 next year. My worry is pretty much everyone will be brought back, thus rendering it all moot.
Batman (1989) - 7/10 I'm of a mind to make some mookie. The nostalgia covers me like a warm blanket. Definitely has some issues but damn if Keaton ain't a pure boss. Plus, it's great to look at and listen to. Hard to believe it's almost 30 fucking years old.
Dunkirk (2017) - 9/10 Probably my favorite film of 2017. Riveting and exceptionally well directed.

Beirut (2018) 5/10
Convoluted if well acted spy drama.
Hell and High Water (1953) 6/10
Entertaining boys own adventure styled submarine flick about roughneck sailors and a pretty scientist fighting commies.
Kull the Conqueror (1997) 3/10
Lame sword and sorcery flick. Kevin Sorbo at a time did seem like a solid action lead.
The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945) 6/10
Morality tale disguised as Gothic horror.
Band of Angels (1957) 5/10
Well intended but uncomfortably blend of Southern Gothic cliches and racial politics. The three leads are great though and the costumes look nice.
Cat People (1942) 6/10
Suspenseful psychological horror flick.
Carlito's Way (1994) 7/10
Good gangster movie and Al Pacino's moral quandary is a refreshing change of pace.
Harper (1966) 6/10
Old fashioned (in a good way) detective story.
7 Days in Entebbe (2018) 3/10
Boring, pretentious, and the editing is odd. But not in a good way.
Thoroughbreds (2017) 6/10
Dark and quirky
Monster-In-Law (2005) 5/10
Yeah the romance is bland and uninteresting. But Jane Fonda and Jennifer Lopez fighting was funny.

Sami Blood. I skimmed parts of it but I feel I need to go back and watch it properly.
Time Lapse. Second viewing helped piece things together a bit more. Just a bit, though.
