Vitamin C only stays in the human body for about a day. This is why health professionals suggest we all drink fruit juice (not the ones high in sugar) every morning; to replace what our body has expunged over night. So its probably highly unlikely, but who knows. Some people are actually allergic to too much vitamin c.

I was prescribed prescription level vitamin D once because I had a deficiency. I took it for a few weeks and it made my legs hurt, quite badly at times.

I was also severely deficient in vitamin D years ago and given a prescription. I was told to take over the counter vitamin D when I finished the rx, which I still do. I get leg cramps and never thought, until I read your post, that it could be related to the vitamin. I'll have to go off it to see if the leg pain goes away.

I saw someone the other day and he was healthy but he looked orange, I was thinking he was maybe a vitamin c type guy Sounds like it might have been a vitamin A overdose, which could be dangerous. I believe that a vitamin C overdose typically only results in a case of the trots. I have heard of cases of large doses of vitamin C being used to cure pneumonia, but of course, don't take this as medical advice.

I've had been before and after, but it was noticeably more severe when I was on the vitamin D. I am on medication for other types of pain, but this specific like pain was extreme and definitely went away when I stopped the vitamins.

There was a couple of days a few years ago where I was sucking on lozenges with added vitamin C--a lot of them. I began to notice that my mouth started to develop canker sores due to the increased acidity. I did not turn orange. In fact, I don't think vitamin C is orange, since other non-orange fruits also contain it.
Carrots turn you orange, though, because of the beta carotene.

In the end it killed his liver and him

Only stays for about that long, if the body can process it, overloading it means it cant be cleared builds up, people have died from this but your talking well over 10 GRAMS a day for a reasonable time
