Craft beers are going to become a thing of the past...there are just too many of them for any kind of competition...and IPA's are my least favorite style of beer...

It seems like it might dry up after a while but I am absolutely sure that at least 25% of the craft beer companies around today will still be around for at least the next 20 years. Craft just tastes so much better than garbage beers like BMC (bud, miller, coors).
Market saturation is a problem though. We do have too many breweries popping up right now. In fact, there are so many local brewers in my area that it's becoming harder to find brews that are made outside of my state.
And yeah, I do think the 'IPA craze' will die, although it's REALLY hard to beat the current wave of New England style IPA's. They taste like straight up fruit juice. Amazing beverages.... I mean, when you get that tropical taste in IPA's rather than just a bitter grapefruit taste, they are very pleasant to drink.
However, I am totally switching over to high grade single origin coffee. Some of them taste like Imperial Stouts and/or a really nice IPA's or a combination of the two. The fruit like acidity you get in high grade coffee is just more pleasant to the palete than the fruit like bitterness of an India Pale Ale (IPA). Anyone that likes IPA's or wine should definitely try out some high grade micro-lot coffee.

After trying about 10 sours, the only one I like so far is Rodenbach Grand Cru. It tastes very much like wine.
Most of the ones I've tried taste very salty and well.... like vomit. haha... but RGC is an outstanding beer.

Imports can be difficult to find sometimes but you should be able to. Have you seen this video review of it?
