Made me feel good, but it was my girlfriend at the time who did it, so...

It was by a woman in a bar, and it surprised me.
Surprised me so much that I didn't follow it up quickly enough, and lost an opportunity

It's happened impromptu a number of times. Just happened a couple weeks ago, in fact, by a random (probably drunk) chick in the street who came up behind me, with a girlfriend of hers, as I was just taking the garbage out, lol. Felt great. I was hardly trying to look my best--I had on one of the old t-shirts and shorts I sleep in, and she was probably half my age. Who is going to complain that a girl in her 20s or early 30s thought that I looked hot enough to grab my ass and give me a compliment while I was taking the garbage out?

Surprised me so much that I didn't follow it up quickly enough, and lost an opportunity Same happened here, really, with that last incident I just described. I managed to say something slightly flirty back to the girls, but I wasn't really in the right "mode" to act quickly enough, since I was just taking the garbage out/just about to go to bed. They caught me by surprise, and they were off just about as quickly as they came up behind me.

Not pinched, but I've had my butt kicked, so I figure that's close enough. I turned around and it was a girl I was childhood friends with. She gave me a smile, a wink, and a flirtatious wave. I felt honored and privileged.

It happened to me somewhere between 1994-1995 when I was in 9th or 10th grade walking down the hall after class got out etc.
it just kind of startled/surprised me and I kept on going (basically ignoring it). plus, I am not a social person with people I don't know which makes it that much more awkward for me. but I basically knew who it was (even though I did not directly see how pinched my butt at that time(I think it happened about twice or so though in different incidents)) because, if I recall correctly, around that time the girl basically told me she liked me (and if I recall correctly I think her friend said basically the same thing at that table) as we was in class at a table in groups and I don't remember how the group got onto that conversation but I remember them basically coming out and saying they liked me but I did not say anything and just let the conversation go wherever it went.

Angry since it was a random drunk guy at club.

surprised to hear how many guys have that experience.
pinching seems too much for me to "enjoy" it. verbal compliment given is much better. the trouble is where people get overtly sexual. i think repeating some of those statements people said to me on the streets here would probably get my post reported. and that feels gross, especially when its kinda yelled at you from a distance so everybody around you hears it.
compliments on dress, figure, smile, hair, whatever, all that feels good when absent of swear words or sexually charged words.
last week a guy walking by slapped my ass. did not enjoy it.

As a gay man who used to go to the bars back in the day, I got my butt pinched a lot and I loved it. Total validation!

i usually had a girlfriend so i didn't follow up with most of the girls who pinched me and flirted.
i felt flattered though. what really surprised me were the ones who grabbed my stuff

Of course I've had my ass grabbed before, I'm a woman. Since I didn't ask for it or expect it, it was unwelcome.
But how it made me feel? Meh. Maybe I should have been more outraged, made a scene, whatever. I do feel people need to keep their damn hands to themselves, but I can't get worked up enough to really read them the riot act. The fact that they feel they can get away with it is also cringeworthy, but I've always felt it was a blight on their character and I'd never date someone who just grabbed me like a child with zero restraint.

I pinched Winnie the Pooh's bum in grade 2. I don't think he felt it though or he dismissed it as fan behavior.
