goose stepping into a gulag of glorified gluttony
our lives are worth so much
more
than say
roman lives
or those who followed kublai khan
or sailed
the spanish main
bumping into the english
as they refrained
god save the king
for we have technology as a thing
where targets
are seen
as non-living things
on high definition screens.
so we make our enemies in the images
of the mean
we leave harbored sight unseen
so
there's always a reason
for this
to be the season
where parades are the places
to
be seen.
