It's alright. I prefer home invasion flicks that are mostly victimization with very little to no fighting back. Where's the fun in that?

I haven't. Did you like it? It’s one of my favorite home invasion movies. Based on what you said I think you’d like it a lot.

It's been a while, but I recall my general feeling being that the movie was nowhere near as clever as it thought it was. I might have to give it another look to see if I was just not in the right frame of mind.
Based on memory, 6/10. I prefer The Guest by a wide margin.

'Fear' (1996) wasn't half bad at all. Home invasion. Mark Wahlberg early role playing the nice guy but turns out he isn't. Seen if before but seen it done much worse. 7/10

Saw it in theaters. Certainly different from that type of set-up. Wondered why Sharni Vinson didn't go anywhere.

Home invasion movies are so frustrating because the victims are always so damn pathetic. Funny Games is especially annoying because the "thugs" are scrawny little wimps. Ever think about what you would do in that type situation? One of my neighbors has a backhoe and we have actually discussed if something happens that involves shooting a criminal, we will just bury the piece or pieces of shit. It's not like if you rob someone you deserve sympathy, right? Just remember to always put one in the brain.
Anyone seen Keep Watching? Even in a sub genre I find boring and annoying more often than not, Keep Watching is really shitty.

Good fun. The most brutal and fearless final girl ever in this movie.

It's alright. I prefer home invasion flicks that are mostly victimization with very little to no fighting back. I'm the opposite. Home invasion movies where the victims just sit back and take it (The Strangers, for example) drive me up the wall. I love You're Next. Probably seen it like 5 times at this point?

She is a bad ass. Better of the home invasion movies. Met her at a horror convention two years ago. Sweet fun down to earth girl. Made me a bigger fan of the movie.
