I remember living in Bardstown Kentucky during my high school years, and we were very proud to have Heaven Hill there.
At the time, we made over 70% of the world's bourbon. Maker's Mark, Old Barton, Jim Beam, all the good stuff.
I'm not much of a drinker any more, but even today, I can tell the difference between delicious bourbon and the rut gut yuck of whiskey.
