So many to choose from, I can make a Top 5 list. But in the end, I have to go with the opening. The POV aspect is very disturbing and it's the scene that gets you suckered into the movie from the start.

The ending. From "Was it the Boogeyman?" to the missing body and Loomis' knowing face while that Carpenter score kicks in...yeah boi.

I have two favorites.
The scene where Laurie sends the kids to the neighbors to call the police and she is sitting in the doorway. Then Michael sits up in the background.
My other favorite is Michael standing there looking at Bob's dead body doing the head tilt.

I also like the scene where Michael sits up straight behind Laurie while she is sitting in the doorway.
My favorite though is the scene when she just discovers the bodies and is crying and in shock in the doorway and Michael starts to loom out of the dark behind her. Always loved the mask slowly becomes illuminated.
