I either eat more or way more than I should.
However, it seems that every time that I turn around, there's something new that's bad for you.
As far as I can tell, one should avoid life at all costs. It'll only lead to your death.

Often enough but I don't binge. I've a bag of Berry Skittles for tv/movie watching, not even a handful every few hours/days to liven up my taste buds or whatever.

I eat some but I keep it within reason like all food I eat. so I would say I am somewhere in the 'I indulge, but don't overdo it' or 'I eat it once in a while' group as some days I might eat a bit more than usual and some days a bit less etc. so, at the moment, I voted for 'I eat it once in a while'. hell, one could eat it everyday and still be okay just don't load up on too much food in general. some people simply eat way too much (not only junk food but food in general) and they wonder why they are obese etc. basically these types tend to eat WELL over the calories one actually needs as going a little extra here and there is fine but you can only push so far before your weight will shoot up. or look at it this way... smaller meals a bit more often is better than larger meals less often as I heard that helps keep your metabolism going and helps keep weight in check.
p.s. I am 5'7" @ around 140lbs (low 140's tops) and ill be 39 years old in October (so I am definitely smaller than most adult males, especially those with a bit of age on them). so while my diet is not exactly perfect, it's far from truly bad like the obese-ish type of persons typically are. but I was floating around 150lbs (maybe a bit into the 150's) for years which still ain't bad for my height and still makes me smaller than most adult guys, especially those who are not spring chicks.
them1ghtyhumph I would just assume the usual Doritos and the like variations (the typical stuff you find down the 'junk food isle' at your typical Wal-Mart and the like) as I kind of assume that's the typical definition when someone refers to 'junk food'.

Not sure, probably one of the first 3 choices. I chose "I Eat More Than I Should".
I don't really know how much it even matters, though. I think being careful with what you eat is a bit of a myth. I used to eat very healthy, but I did not feel healthy. Once I started eating "unhealthy" again (more salt, fat, sugar, cola etc), I actually felt better.
I say eat what makes you happy, brahs.
I am lucky though in that I can eat whatever I want and stay the same size.

You consider this junk food but not donuts, banana splits and greasy pizza? a good homemade donut is eons in quality beyond the preservative filled fake salt "meat" that passes for coldcuts that they serve at Subway which was probably picked up off the floor after someone "accidentally" dropped it there. Oh and the bread tastes like its 2 steps below Wonderbread.

I see snack type stuff (chips, cookies, pastries etc..) as junk food. Never cut out any food when it came to meal time, I'd just limit it/cut down portion if I wanted to drop a few pounds.
