When it comes to the major networks it's pretty much just the following...
-American Idol (I seen basically every episode since sometime early into Season 5 which was the Chris Daughtry year which was 2006. technically I did catch a little of Season 2 at the end but I never really watched it til early into Season 5.)
-The Voice (I have been watching this a while but not since the beginning. while in some ways it's better than Idol, they almost never say anything negative and tend to overpraise contestants constantly.)
-America's Got Talent (I have been watching this for years now)
-Dancing with the Stars (I think it was sometime in 2007 when I started watching)
...and maybe a little beyond those.
but outside of the major channels I watch a fair amount of stuff on the side like Pawn Stars/American Pickers etc on the History channel when I see them here and there.

I got into British Bake Off just recently, only because it's so far removed from American reality tv. It's silly but there's no grating hosts or shouting or smarmy comebacks.
I was into Dancing With the Stars as a guilty pleasure when it was actually about stars. But this season got off to a bad start. Already with a crappy cast, they keep voting off the better dancers to keep drama going. No thanks. I'll take a break.
