Anything where there are "reunion" episodes, but the show itself isn't a competition show, I avoid. Period. And whatever's on the E! or Bravo networks.

Curse of Oak Island & American Pickers are the only reality shows I'll watch.
Not sure why National Geographic always has f'n Border Security marathons... I want nature & science, not white trash &/or amateur drug smugglers who are 79yrs old off a plane from Budapest or Indonesia.

I primarily like cooking shows like Top Chef and a show Bourdain created called The Taste.

Generally don't watch any by choice, but occasionally watch bits of some of the cooking or house buying ones with girlfriend.

I used to watch all the oldies, that are still on or are being rebooted. But now it's mainly the cooking-style ones.

There's nothing more boring than a cooking show except cooking itself.
Why watch them unless you want to get new recipes?
