Maleficent always scared the crap out of me, and then when she morphed into that dragon to fight the prince. I also thought Cruela DeVille was a creepy be-atch.

Gaston by far. He's not magical or unbelievable - he's just a good looking bully, he could be anyone in any town.
Plus he uses antlers in all of his decorating.
On a side note, having taken the kid to see the new live action Beauty and The Beast - that whole kerfuffle about the "gay" moment was some seriously overblown shit. There's more homoeroticism in two minutes of a WWE match.
