Hate is a strong word - let's say favorite and least favorite.
MLB
Favorite - Reds Least - Maybe Yankees, Red Sox and Cardinals
NFL
Favorite - Colts Least - Patriots, Packers, Eagles, Ravens, Steelers
NHL
Favorite - Canucks I guess Least - Bruins, Blackhawks, Kings, Penguins (as you can see, it's been a bad decade for me)

MLB
Favorite - Red Sox Least Favorite - Yankees*, Indians (Racist logo)
* I hate them when the Sox play them, but honestly I'd rather have a team with tradition and any fans whatsoever win their millionth title over say, Tampa Bay winning anything.
NFL
Favorite - Patriots Least Favorite - Jets, Steelers, Colts (All three constantly lose to the Patriots, then whine and make excuses and conspiracy theories as to why)
NBA
Favorite - Celtics Least Favorite - Lakers (Fraudulent fans that never seem to know anything about sports)
NHL
Favorite - Bruins Least Favorite - Canadiens (Worst fan base in sports history), Penguins (History of superstars who rub me the wrong way for whatever reason, and Ulf Samuelsson ruining Neely's career)
While it's clear my dislikes are for the most part exactly what you'd expect from a New England sports fan, it's worth noting that I don't hate cities so much as the culture that surrounds a particular team. For example, I don't like the Steelers or Penguins but the Pirates are among my NL favorites. As mentioned previously, I hate the Yankees when they play the Sox, otherwise I'm strangely indifferent. For that matter, while I hate the Jets for being crybabies, I have no hate for the Giants-- who have beaten the Pats twice in the Super Bowl. I'm equally indifferent to the rest of the New York teams, though I hated the 90s Knicks goon squad.
I should also note that the Broncos are my #2 NFL team, as I used to live in Colorado during Elway's heyday. I couldn't care less about the Nuggets though, and the Rockies and Avalanche didn't exist when I lived out there.
If I had a #2 sports city overall, it has to be Chicago. I like the city in general, and I've always enjoyed watching their teams play.

I don't "hate" Washington but I'm still reeling from that disgustingly bullshit dirty hit that Dale Hunter laid on Pierre Turgeon back in the '93 playoffs when the Islanders made those Crapital dipshits their collective bitch. I was a mere 50 feet from the spot where the hit took place, I was 14 at the time, and if I saw Dale Hunter on the street, I like to think I'd give him a piece of my mind. Asshole. Fuck the Crapitals!!! Burn DC to the ground!!! Sorry, that got out of hand.

That dipshit played here for one season toward the end of his career and he managed to commit an all time NHL cheap shot while wearing a Bruins jersey. I want all footage of that hit edited to have him wearing a generic 'NHL' jersey instead. He's not a Bruin, he never was as far as I'm concerned.

Most liked & disliked...
NHL - Leafs & Devils...greater NY area doesn't need 3 teams, & the Devils organization has historically been smug dead puckers.
MLB - Jays & Cardinals...me me me me me, they win often enough, yet with oddly little perspective as if the entire existence of MLB & the NL gravitates around them. They're like the rich golfing kid who gets everything silver spooned, & yet so unappreciative & classless that they just keep on complaining. The sense of entitlement is infinite.
NBA - Raptors & Bucks...I simply have no affinity for an NBA team named the Bucks nor for Milwaukee. I don't hate them, I'm just so entirely apathetic of their entire existence.
NFL - Patriots & Broncos...kinda like the St. Louis Cardinals, only they lose so much more often, thus they're less boastful. They seem to have an air of entitlement, as if the Raiders & Chiefs are like ex-cons who shouldn't be allowed to get in their way. I've always thought it funny that they share traits with namesakes Boise State Broncos who during the BCS era would simply never stfu. Like the Cardinals, their sense of entitlement is on stage for all to witness.
