oh come on :-)))) yes obese and healthy is possible sure. but htere is obese and morbidly obese. also blood glucose is not the only marker of health. please tell me again how someone with a bmi over 40 has a healtht heart and joins... I guess Sumo wrestlers are morbidly obese? If you read the whole thing it says some of these people may become unhealthy if they lose weight. While some things may be unbelievable to us it may be possible. I had first researched about these people about 3 months back when one of my obese friend (Huge) said he just got a check up of blood and urine and everything came fine except low levels of Vitamin D. That said I am not an expert in this field so I am not 100% sure of these things. yeah neither of us are experts on this. but the way i look at this (next to what any/all doctors i ever talked to about it told me) is simple physics. if u put double or tripple load on something that was designed to carry much much less, chances are it will break much sooner than if u stay within some regular limits. does this mean the less abused thing cannot break (be unhealthy)? no. does it mean the abused thing will always break or break at the same point regardless of how Much u abuse it and other factors playing in? No. But it Will have adequate signa of wear and tear that goes above ordinary use. Same with human body. The changes on bones and spine and joints of very overweight people over time is incredibly palpable and measurable. They may not die of it. They may not find out before 30 or even 40. But they do harm their bodies and their health if This Overweight. Including sumo weestlers I believe . Not to mention- eating this much, to become a douvle of what a human of your size normally weights Does Signify a mental problem. Similar to drug abuse I believe. It changes the way your brain functions. It should be looked at as a health condition. Not just a feature. Should we belittle and judge and laugh at people who suffer from it? no. even if they caused it. we should all want to help them. Its in our best interest the society consists of at least marginally healthy indiviudals both physically and mentally. Staying morbidly obese long term and claiming I am healthy shows alarming deficiency in both areas.

A problem would've been if I were forced to look &/or pay to see it.
I see fatties like that on an hourly basis in real life, the fun part is now they're being paid to be in a photo & society having a spaz about it.
