I asked a proselytizer in the subway if she believed that the Bible was truth. She answered in the affirmative. I then asked if it bothered her that Jehovah/Yahweh killed millions of people with the great flood. She responded, "Well, He must have had a good reason". Why do people concentrate on the goodness of God, but trivialize all the pain and suffering that he did.
For every person that God killed 2000 years ago, there are dozens alive today that thank him once a week

I'm not sure what the devil actually does that's evil in the bible?
God does plenty of evil himself though.
