I want to watch Vincent Price's The Last Man on Earth. I thought we could pick a date and time and have a dedicated thread for it we can post on as we watch. The caveat is that you need Amazon Prime or another way to watch it. It's also free on YouTube, but I now those uploaded films tend to be less reliable. It could be a fun way for all of us to get a point or two for the Halloween challenge for those who participate.

 I'll bring the popcorn I have it in a 9 movie 3 disc "Living Dead" set I got cheap. Its the most chilling adaptation based on Matheson's story. The best too, even though The Omega Man is my personal favorite. Cause 70's. And I put myself in the protagonist's shoes. Heston's Nevill had it pretty plush, living in a huge and heavily fortified brownstone, zipping around in his convertible, vidying flicks in a big movie theater, banging Rosalind Cash. Not to spoil anything, but Price's Dr. Morgan is well, he's hard scrabbling and barely hanging on...I would not want to be holed up in his half assed shuttered up house. You bring the Sweet Tarts!  |
