Best and worst: Cheese. I've had to cut back on how much cheese I consume due to high cholesterol. Favorite cheeses are harvati, gouda, baby swiss , feta

I have been known to eat a large swiss chard leaf on the way home from the store. It's cheese. When I purchase cheese, I eat it in very small quantities at a time. My favorites are Morbier, Pont Leveque, Mimolette, and Gouda. I also love 2% milkfat Cottage cheese. A good ripe Pont Leveque is hard to find in the US.
