Chocolate - because I was diagnosed diabetic and my doctor told me not to eat it anymore.

You can eat dark chocolate. I'm diabetic and usually do around 80% dark. You can also eat a little bit of regular chocolate early in the day because you'll have all day to burn it off.
For me, gave up cottage cheese.

McNuggets - the sketch about how they're made from Super Size Me turned me off
Soda - those "just drank water for 30 days and now my skin is gorgeous" videos on Facebook, although I still drink Crystal Pepsi when it comes around

sweetened soft drinks, including so-called diet drinks, simply because they are not healthy. Haven't had one since the early 1990's...water is much better !!!

I don't know what poster "Moviebuffbrad," had in mind in terms of a video about McNuggets. But, I remember seeing the following one.
