That is a man. Simon Harrison (?) who put up a friend from America out of the goodness of his heart. The friend, another YouTuber who does tarot, admitted to having psycho problems, but was too cheap to stay at a hostel, crashed at Simon's. They were not gettin g along and it resulted in this. If you are in England, call the cops. Simon is too embarrassed to do anything.
