There is definitely a twang in the singing voice that makes it hard to figure out the pronunciation. I also assume you're a fan of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Not really though the song apparently was featured on that movie. I'm a fan of the Go Go's and they've been in my life since 1981. I remember the times back then when all the bands were travelling around and dropping by the random amphitheaters. It was a blast. The Go Go's are an all girl group who really loves cars. So a lot of their songs are about cars. |

Someone I know had tweeted to Belinda Carlisle and even gave the link to this thread and she must be very busy because the guy hasn't heard back yet. She would know the answer to this riddle!
