These artists released their first recording in 1992, which makes them eligible for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2017 (the induction ceremony will be held the year following the voting process, in 2018).

I'm not a big fan of 90's music....especially Rap....must be my age, but I do like The Wallflowers and The Verve. To pick one, I would have to go with The Wallflowers. I do hope they continue with their music.

Radiohead and Rage Against the Machine are the only two with a shot of getting in, but not in their first year of eligibility

Billy Ray Cyrus?
I look forward to the day when Michael Jordan is elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame!

My favorites are Annie Lennox and Eva Cassidy out of these choices.

I think Radiohead and Rage Against The Machine could be in the Hall at some point.

No Doubt is probably the most successful of that whole list and still has some relevance. 1992 was when they started, though 1995 is when the hits really began (their Tragic Kingdom album). Gwen Stefani has household name status even beyond the band, though her best work was with them.
Total '90s nostalgia alert:
A bit later in their career:
