God promised that God would never again destroy all life on Earth by flood. There was no mention of destroying all life on Earth by other means.

creating worlds just to destroy them sounds an awful lot like a writer with a serious case of penis envy.

all the good little germans
all the good little germans lined up behind their fatherland to promote pride and prosperity after being humiliated on their first attempts at strong arming the world.
now that being said vietnam was a major cluster fuck but let's not start mindlessly printing out bucks just so you can profess: my son is not a raging girl.
unless that is you've been dying for it all your life and your fuhrer has your head all in a whirl.

God promised that God would never again destroy all life on Earth by flood. There was no mention of destroying all life on Earth by other means. But of course the first flood didn't destroy all life either...so that "promise" is pointless. All God would have to do to be keep his word is save a handful or even 1 person or animal and he could sit back and say, "Well, I didn't destroy all life."

Thinking about this is what led me to reread the verses.
