And the only reason you believe in the bible is because you are born in the christian world.

And the only reason you believe in the bible is because you are born in the christian world. ...and because it's the truth.
Islam is not from God because as I seen in a article not long ago it pretty much boils down to this...
"Islam is inseparable from Muhammad. If Muhammad was a false prophet who presented a false picture of Jesus, then Islam, despite whatever truths it contains, is a false religion."

Why are you so sure that the Bible is the 'truth'? As the last poster suggested, had you been born to Muslim parents, a devout person like you would have been a devout Muslim.

Many devout believers interpret the commandment to "honor thy father and mother" as expecting children to do what their parents say on things that become controversial providing of course they are consistent with the other commandments. That means that if Muslim parents are not stealing or killing or something obviously against the other commandments then Muslim children should obey their parents on such trappings of religion as what day of the week is for religious services and those details.

Once again, you fail to consider Bartolome's quizzical implications from logic and simplicity. Logic is the flax of the mind, and simplicity is the Myelin sheath of the axon. It's absurd to state that either is in and of itself in and of itself. The practical suggestion of syntax confirms 'logic' is applicable in this case. If you will be reminded, Utter nonsense is omni-present, much like candy, and much like the world of Arlon. Significant understanding appears to sicken you, and a small mercy always strikes for the heart. A principal idea brings both pleasure and pain, and both are as necessary. Logic and simplicity can be one. It becomes somewhat important thing a comprehensive guide, you need the history promised to be possible. It always contains examples of simplicity as well. Logic is a reflection of exponential chaos, and the future unfolds through the mechanics of facts. Those that insist the bible is nothing but fact also blatantly ignore and negate the same. How does one decide what is fact and what isn't? Everything and more is often one floor above you. Turtlefarts

...and because it's the truth. Those that say the Bible is "The Truth" are merely cherry-picking passages to support their beliefs. - Is it OK to take an disobedient son to the edge of town and stone him (Deuteronomy 21:18-21)
- If a man has sex with an engaged woman, what the hell, kill 'em both (Deuteronomy 11:22-25)
- Kill all adulterers (Leviticus 20:10) (Well, there goes half of Congress)
- Kiss your ass goodbye if you try and earn a few bucks on the sabbath (Exodus 31:15)
- Or if you're a boy who mocks a bald man (2 Kings 2: 23-24). Death by mauling from a bear. What a horrible way to die.
Well, it's Jehovah's will, so he must have had a good reason.
See, I can say anything I like because I've purchased an indulgence. It's a get-out-of-Hell free card.

lol Good to see you giving such well-thought-out arguments to support your claims of biblical truth yet again. Did you fail missionary school? You're the one I see being eaten by prospective converts shortly after your arrival .

Let's not forget- 2 Peter 1:20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation.

Actually, you don't--which is why you garner the responses you receive.
And, as per usual, you have no answers.

i can't think of a better reason just this side of an imagined treason to cause a rupturing lesion to fester into a pansy for all seasons just long enough to allow your ridiculous pilgrims progress to choke itself to death.
