Well, it certainly sounds interesting. I've never heard of anything quite like that. And, oxtail and butter beans, served with a dark green veggie mixture, has all kinds of possibilities. What is "kinda" curious, is that the writer describes tasting the pkaila, and saying: "Wow, I don't think I've actually tasted spinach, before." And: "It was pure spinach." Yet, the recipe calls for spinach, along with; onion, Chile peppers, cumin, garlic, lime (powdered), coriander, salt, vegetable stock, sugar and lemon. That's not "pure spinach."
