After all that has happened in London in the last few years with extremists who turned out to be terrorists, it is hardly surprising that people on a train who were a 'captive audience' should have reacted that way. It was good to see that the good public were not discriminating in their suspicion of fundamentalists behaving badly. |

I couldn't help laughing out loud when I read this, poor dears. And he was only citing the Old Testament. Can you imagine what would have happened if he had been quoting the book of Revelation? |

Here in the UK, the only people that you get publicly pushing religion on strangers are generally seen as "nutters" and are usually avoided. Which is right and proper and the way things should be.

My cat had no info brought with her at all when her former caretaker took her in. She might be 16 (she was brought in 6 years ago and the lady said she was 10, but the vets were thinking a few years younger). |
