Now that it's all over it's pretty obvious the democrats basically tried to ruin Brett Kavanaugh where as the republicans did not treat her anywhere nearly as badly. so the democrats clearly looked like the bad guys in this situation overall. one would have to be really biased to deny that much.
but thankfully the democrats did not win because if they would have won, the whole 'innocent til proven guilty' concept would have went out the window, which is bad for society as a whole. because if the democrats would have won that situation... it would show society that you can simply accuse someone of something, without any real proof, and ruin a person over it. that's just wrong. this has nothing to do with which political side your on but basic standards that benefit everyone.
but it's not surprising the democrats tried to do what they did because they lose their power in the supreme court basically as they don't want people in the supreme court who will follow the constitution as written because it tends not to favor them with their anti-common person/immoral agenda etc.
as for the Yes or No answer in the topic... it's pretty obvious she was treated far better by the republicans than Kavanaugh was by the democrats. that's just a fact because the democrats tried to ruin Kavanaugh without any real proof as it was basically her word against his and without proof the whole 'innocent til proven guilty' concept must be adhered to otherwise people can be destroyed by accusation alone and there are a lot of shady people out there who will lie to ruin someone. because in a situation where it's one persons word against anothers without any convincing evidence, the accused should be innocent by default until proven guilty.
so I answered YES as they never treated her anywhere near as harshly as the democrats did with Kavanaugh where you can tell they tried to screw him with their fancy wording at times to where he could not give a answer because it would have been a losing situation for him no matter if he answered yes or no etc.
so those who thought Kavanaugh was the bad guy without even the slightest doubt (because there is no convincing proof here. hence, it's not possible to say he was guilty and have a fairly high level of confidence that he was truly guilty) are just too biased in favor of democrats and can no longer see clearly as it's about politics/emotion and not reason/logic.

it's surely not the democrats and Jesus Christ as a general moral guide is always a safe way to gauge politics and like I always say one someone is on the wrong side of the abortion issue they tend to be backwards in many other moral areas and that pretty much sums up the democrats.
so if any side is evil, it's obviously the democrats because they, in general, support stuff that Jesus Christ greatly opposes like abortion/gay agenda etc (especially the abortion issue).
but since many on the left are godless what I said above simply does not compute for them as I would imagine most are just blind but anyone who knows what they are doing in that area are just evil people.
or look at it another way... republicans call abortion for what it is, which is a life issue. the democrats on the other hand sugarcoat a immoral thing (hell, it actually a evil act to put it bluntly as it attacks human life at it's most innocent stage, which is in a mothers womb) as a "choice". anyone who does not have a dulled conscience can see this much. basically republicans put human life higher than a persons "choice" where as the democrats puts a persons "choice" higher than preserving basic human life (their choice came when they choose to have sex. now they got to take responsibility for their actions instead of just taking the easy way out and killing their own child. because make no mistake, that's killing a innocent human being). that's wrong.
so who's really the evil side here? ; I can assure you it's not the republicans in general. sure, regardless if someone is a republican or a democrat one can become corrupt but in terms of general politics, especially with the issue of abortion (which is a easy way to see which side is generally the better of the two in the long term), the democrats are the more corrupt side of the two as a general guideline. plus, they are for socialism etc which never works and just brings disorder to society etc.
p.s. you can basically see the moral decline as the decades pass as the democrats go further and further left (which is basically more and more disordered). that's just bad for the country in the long term.
