Is Friday the 13th (1980) as good as Halloween (1978)? Well that is really up to the viewer but Both Movies are Most Definitely CLASSICS! |

As mediocre as Friday the 13th is, a remake is a terrible idea. The main things the movie has going for it are the cheesy 1980's horror movie tone, Kevin Bacon and the twist.

Did you like the Original Movie ? I myself think that it is a Classic! I said the movie is mediocre. That means I dislike it. It is a classic. Whether I like it or not makes no difference in that regard. Do I think it deserves it's "classic" status? Absolutely not. |
