Anyone have it yet? What do you think of it so far? I enjoyed the original trilogy and will get this eventually but I am debating buying now or waiting.

I'll be picking it up tomorrow on my day off. Looking forward to visiting that universe again.

It's not like the original trilogy. I watched in a review that it was made by morons who were unable to keep up to the quality levels of the trilogy. It's a no-no to buy. If you are still curious, try to rent it.

Honestly its pretty disappointing. The Combat and exploration of alien worlds were fun, but the main story and writing is pretty weak.

I been a huge Mass Effect fan since the first game. I bought an Xbox 360 just so I can play it. Mass Effect 2 is my favorite game of all time.
I'm just a few hours into the game. I'm disappointed that our Mass Effect 3 save data isn't transferred to Andromeda but whatever. And it's dumb that our melee button is the same one to open containers; that's already been a small issue for me. It hasn't killed me yet but it probably will.
But despite that I'm enjoying the game so far.

I was really bored for long stretches, and I've never felt that way playing a Bioware title before.

You don't really just jump into action once the game starts like the other Mass Effect games. It wasn't too big of a deal to me though.

Anyone know if this is meant to become a trilogy like the last three where consequences and decisions carry over? Or is it just stand alone?
