Bummer. They've mishandled and wasted him to the point where he just needs to be written out ASAP, which -- due to their ridiculous taping delay -- is in six months. |

I thought it was only ever just a slight reduction, from six months to five months or something.
I agree Deimos needs to just get off the show ASAP. They botched his backstory from the start, then made him a villain then a good-ish guy then a villain again and made it all a mess, just like with Aiden.

So it sounds like he's really the first casualty of the Ron Carlivati regime. We haven't heard of any new casting announcements, so I am guessing Ron is just ending Dena's stories and hasn't had a chance to build new stories with any new characters.
