I am honestly underwhelmed. It didn't look terrible but I wasn't wowed like I was by the Avengers or Man of Steel or even BVS did with some of its marketing. I fucking hate the lighting and how visually dark it looked. Perhaps I need to watch it again or see more footage later.

it kind of reminded me of the first Avengers trailer (with a nine inch nails song) cool images, but the music didn't feel right.
yeah it's dark.

It looks okay, I loved the choice of music they used. The whole Justice League get-together feels a bit too soon in my opinion. If it were Bale's Batman I wouldn't have a problem, but I wish Affleck did a solo Batman movie before this just to build his character portrayal. I don't feel as excited as I probably should.

It needed Hans Zimmer Epic instrumental music when they show them posing and fighting like Greek gods.
That's what was missing. Go listen to the music in MoS Trailer #3 or BvS Trailer

6.5/10 for me.
I couldn't find any memorable moment in it. We had lot of them in first trailers for MOS , BVS , SS , Logan. I liked Comic con JL trailer more , plus the music is nowhere near to how fitting the same felt in above movies.
Looking fwd to SDCC.

I know they don't need to show Superman until the movie.
However, I think they screwed up killing Superman in BvS. I think he should have died in JL I and then returned in JL II.
Its so so weird having a JL poster and trailer without him. It's like having an Avengers poster and trailer without Captain America.

I am honestly underwhelmed. Perhaps they are trying to manage expectations and avoid a repeat of BvS and Suicide Squad - where the trailers wowed and the movies didn't.

Warner is very good at making trailers, so if the best thing they could pull off was so underwhelming, it's clear they're in trouble.
Also, after this trailer will people still say with a straight face that they aren't turning Aquaman into Namor? Really?

On the plus side, WhatCulture has something positive to say for once about DC in regards to the new trailer. Or Gallagher is just trolling extra hard.

Trailers may get asses in the theater the opening weekend. But long term success is based on critical response, word of mouth, and whether the movie is any good.

I was curious to see how much the music affected the response, so I cut a version with a different song.....it feels better.

DC is done for. That trailer was horrible, almost as bad as the latest Fast and Furious trailer.

I'm really surprised by the dislike or even "hate" the trailer is getting on this board. Especially when some of you claim to have liked BvS marketing. As for me, it hit all the right notes, except no Superman tease. However I'm sure we'll get a Superman tease in future trailers. This sure looks a hell of a lot better then both Avengers but not as good as X-Men DOFP or Logan.

I thought it was good. Not sure what people wanted that they didn't get. It's like they can't win.
