The only one I can think of is BARB WIRE. I don't think FOODFIGHT counts. It references that movie a lot, but it doesn't use the whole plot.

Bogart remade Casablanca in Sirocco more or less. Check it out... It's French mandate Syria instead of Algeria. Instead of Nazis its Muslim insurgents.

The 1980 film Caboblanco starring Charles Bronson.
Far East (1982) with Bryan Brown.
Both are probably more so inspired with their own touches than straight-up retellings.
