Well, if rabid DC fans weren't always putting the MCU down, MCU fans wouldn't be chomping at the bit to put down DC. I've just posted a comment as long as one of Stephen King's novels on this topic in the last few days. Long ass comment The Irony was in the thread we had an argument about blame. I still think the long ass comment is true along with my last comment in the thread.

I won't answer that. All I know History's The Universe season 3 has an episode called Sex in Space awkwardly exploring the concept - I never watched it fully despite having all seasons on BR. But I doubt it will give you the answers you seek, especially the Neil or Buzz dilemma. Holy Hell that's the documentary I was talking about. They tested their suits on the 0-G Vomit Comet. They are wearing the suits in this picture...
It appears in the picture that you need to remove the suit to fornicate...that’s just not sex-savvy.

Oy vey. Do you all see how easily it comes back to DC? They just cant help themselves... Well, if rabid DC fans weren't always putting the MCU down, MCU fans wouldn't be chomping at the bit to put down DC. Maybe; maybe not. But in THIS case there was no Anti MCU or anti DC going on until your post. In THIS case YOU started it. Don't start none, wont be none.

Well, golly gee, why would I be on the side that's belittled me and called me names for a decade now? I was attacked for liking Ironman in 2008 during it's opening weekend by crazy Batman fans and the abuse never ended. So yeah, a decade of being called names for daring to prefer Marvel Studios' output over WB's has negatively impacted how I generally interact with DC fans online.

Then there's the story of the people who "belittled" you. And then there's the truth. We'll never know...

Only someone with an agenda can watch what goes on here daily and come to the conclusion that the MCU fandom is the one to blame.

You are SOOO one sided its not even funny. Brainwashed much? Funny, I don't recall seeing you hanging around when the site first started. Oh, wait, that's because you weren't around. You weren't there before the DC and Marvel boards, and the only place comic book/comic book movie fans could talk was the "Superheroes and Villains" board over in the Genres section. You weren't there when I made a topic asking if the Marvel vs. DC crap could just die with the old IMDb. You weren't there to see DennisReynolds and mellomoviereview pretend to go along with my proposal for all of two seconds before they insulting the MCU fandom (again), single-handedly restarting the fighting all over again. I even tried to be nice and ask them not to refer to MCU fans as "clapping monkeys", but DennisReynolds reacted like I'd just cut his arm off. So fuck off with your insistence on blaming the MCU fandom for the fighting. You weren't even around to see how all the fighting got started again on this website. I was. And the DC fans' fault (again).

$385,166,523
Will probably hit 400,000,000 this weekend although it does have the new Halloween to compete with.

Almost $462 million worldwide now.
But man how close did Halloween come to taking its October record away? Even more impressive for that though because it opened to about the same but only has 1/10th the budget.

$467,694,825 as of now.
Michael Myers definitely cut Venom down last weekend.
But will he do it again this weekend?

When Marvel Studios gets people to come out to b,c,d listers on the reg. Nah, it still matters. It will always matter. The MCU -- no matter how many hilariously cringy-high RT scores they get; no matter how many stupid, stunted New Money fans who've never read a floppy convince their parents to buy them a ticket; no matter how many Oscars Disney buys for BP; no matter how much longer they drag it out -- will ALWAYS be built on a foundation of lesser characters unworthy of filmic adaptations at all. It is their great Original Sin. Years away, when the MCU is synonymous with true A-listers like the Fantastic Four and the X-Men, movies like Ant Mang, Homecoming, and Black Panther will be considered a disgrace to the entire industry, that moviegoers were subjected to such awful dreck at the cineplex -- in particular Homecoming, a criminal misuse of an actual A-lister. Innit?

Innit? You are missing One HUGE factor. Nostalgia. All the kids, teens, and 20 somethings that have grown up on the MCU will see it through the fog of Nostalgia when they are older. If anything it will make them later in life hold MCU in Higher regard to negate what the next generation says is good. I personally hate 1.5 of the Prequels in Star Wars. I have 20 something relatives now that hold the Prequels in higher regard than the Original because it was their Star Wars. Even with all the flack we gave Jar Jar there are millions of kids that loved him and still do. The same way I loved the ewoks because I was a child when I saw Return and my older 20 something relatives at the time hated them. Nostalgia is a helluva drug.
