I could post a few but right now I am just going to say Pavlova (minus the yucky Kiwifruit) especially from the Cheesecake Shop.

To be honest I am a big lover of sweet things and I do be dishonest to say that I prefer just one or two. I like a wide variety of them depending upon my mood. Just to name a few: Turkish Bakalava Dark Chcolate Persian Shola-E-Zard Pineapple cake Indian Rasgulla I made baklava from scratch once. It was actually rather difficult. The phyllo dough is hard to work with. They required constant moisturizing. Turned out pretty tasty, though. The hardest thing I ever made, though, was, without a doubt, petit fours. My best friend always loved giving big elaborate parties (even though we were both poor college students, but where there's a will there's a way and Rachel always found a way, bless her scheming heart) and once she got the bright idea that it would be so fun to serve the guests petit fours. She and I were up till six in the morning trying to get the frosting onto the little cakes because the hot frosting cooled so quickly. For ever after, my friend referred to that party as "that one night we stayed up making those goddamn petit fours!" It was practically nerve shattering. But I will say we had more than our share of fun. College was such a blast. Wow, I miss it. I have a temperament so suited for undergraduate living, it's not even funny.

The third one Mr. D, is Gulab Jamun. I suppose it could be made from paneer cheese, like the savory mali kofta balls with delicious Indian gravy, but these are traditionally milk powder, flour, butter, cardamom with rose syrup. Omg that sounds amazing 😍🧀 I love cheese lmao I really like cheese plates which can be seen as a dessert or snack. I just like the variety and it's interesting how cheese can go well with sweet and salty things. I love Indian food but especially coconut rice 🍚 I like Indian food, too. There's a dish that's basically peas and this creamy sauce. It's absolutely delicious. I don't know what it's called, but I get it every time.

That's a pretty cool video. Never seen that series but I found that interesting!
Souvlaki is the whole wrap thing. I usually prefer Shish Kebab meat inside Souvlaki. Though once in a while gyro/donner meat may also work.
I'm actually really surprised to find out what I have thought for many years was not true. What I thought was that: Souvlaki/gyro meat = Real lamb cooked horizontally over hot coals, chopped off into chunks Doner meat = processed lamb cooked vertically with electric heat lamps, sliced into thin strips With the rest being pretty similar. Garlic sauce, lettuce, tomato etc, with the main difference being the wrap used. But now I search for souvlaki meat on google images and it's not showing me much of the one I'm familiar with. Mainly meat on skewers. And I had no idea that the Greeks had an equivalent of the sliced doner meat the Turkish make called "Gyro". Always assumed gyro and souvlaki meat was the exact same thing. I believe Gyro means "around" in Greek, alluding to going round a rotisserie. Here's how sick I am, when I first read "doner meat", my mind went straight to the infamous "Donner Party" and if you don't know what that refers to, then I ain't sayin'!

That third one is fried cheese dipped in honey? Something like that. Yum. And I also love halva, or carrot pudding. I actually made it once. Nummins! The third one Mr. D, is Gulab Jamun. I suppose it could be made from paneer cheese, like the savory mali kofta balls with delicious Indian gravy, but these are traditionally milk powder, flour, butter, cardamom with rose syrup. Huh, what do you know? I've been eating Gulab Jamun all these years and I never even knew. They are so tasty.

Have you tried the savory mali kofta balls Mr. D? The gravy they come in is delicious. Nice to dip paneer bread in.
I'm not sure if I have tried them or not. I don't have a very good grasp on the names of the food items, with the exception of halwa, the delicious carrot pudding. Have you tried halwa, Toasted Cheese?

Usually anything with caramel, say like a bavarian cake, ice-cream and a caramel slice.
Sticky Buns.
Cinnamon and apple turnovers. Glazed or sugar.

My favourite dessert is a strawberry mousse that my mother makes. Among commercially available sweets/desserts, I guess my preferences are:
- Plain milk chocolate - Cheesecake - Fruit salad - Ice cream

If we aren't talking fruit then chocolate cake
chocolate coconut balls.
I used to get rum balls from the bakery. They were good.

I have never made my own white pavlova, but I have made chocolate pavlova several times. It doesn't have the same fluffy texture, due to being a little heavier with the chocolate. I use cocoa powder and lindt dark chocolate, but it is always delicious. I like to top it with a mix of pure cream and mascarpone with raspberries and blueberries or blackberries, sprinkled with flake all over.
Heehee. Thanks. It just so happens my Wifey got us pavlova from the Cheesecake Shop the other day and we have been eating it over the weekend with my youngest niece and there are only two pieces left in the box and we will be eating those tonight and I love, love, LOVE pavlova and it is so delicious and I also love Meringue and with Christmas coming up the Frosty the Snowman Meringues with the M&Ms on top are bound to make a return. I have never tried chocolate pavlova before. I have heard of it but we always get white pavlova but I will have to try it one day 'cause that does sound delicious Toasted Cheese.
