Vin Diesel Stephen Dorff
Two that come to mind.
Vin Diesel has his moments as well as Stephen Dorff but Dorff especially seems to have some really horrible films (Fear Dot Com anyone?)

It seems to me people just wrote Dorff off as being Christian Slater-lite. Ironically Slater himself made some really bad movies too.

Mobsters immediately comes to mind... Outside of maybe Richard Grieco, I can't seriously visualize any of the main cast being "wise guys."

She's pretty much done at this point, but I did like me some Denise Richards back in the day.

Personally while I get the gist of the topic, I don't really think someone has 'little to no talent' if they manage to become a decent name and especially if they manage to land in movies people tend to remember as the years pass. like for example... many seem to think Keanu Reeves is a 'bad actor' but personally I think he's underrated as his presence is solid for certain types of movies and, like I always say, for someone to last they got to land in quality movies here and there and he does this. because if your considered 'a great actor' (or the like), if you fail to be in movies people remember as the decades pass then your ultimately forgotten.
but at the end of the day... he managed to land in Felon (2008) which happens to be within my Top 25 movies
so while landing in a bunch of average at best level of movies does not look good for ones filmography, if a person happens to land in a movie that stands out from the pack once in a while that will still get you some level of respect in my book as, at least for me personally, there are only 190 movies out of the 2,200+ total movies I have seen that managed to stand out from the pack.

Do Stallone and Schwarzenegger count? Isn't that up to you? True but I felt that Sly still can act a little more than Arnie, for example he could hold his part in Cop Land.
